 Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date. Shop Reese Nicole does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. All return must be submitted via our online returns center. https://bit.ly/3MLR4v1

Item must be in original condition. No clearance items will be accepted. 

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

 

RETURN PROCESS

Once your return is submitted via our online portal- https://bit.ly/3MLR4v1 , it will be under review. After your return is approved you will receive a follow up email containing instructions for returning. Just a friendly reminder that we do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns of items that are not in there original state. 
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. Due to the volume of orders that we receive daily, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed on the day that it was received. Once your items have been inspected we will send a store credit via email that can be used towards future purchases.
 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you purchased an item on CLEARANCE the item is FINAL SALE.
